Agility

Highly recommend using another transporter.

Strengths: I don't have much positive to say about Agility. I have used them once and they had been slow and unresponsive to our shipments.

Needs to improve: 1. Late in pick-ups and delivery to the recipient 2. No custom support in clearing goods at the airport 3. No tracking information supplied 4. Customer service is "super" slow.
