Airtran Airlines Inc

I have always had a good experience when flying AirTran. There flight from greenville SC to Charlotte NC is quick and convenient and has always been on time or early arrival. The airplanes they use for this flight are older and small, but they get the job done.

Strengths: On time

Needs to improve: Older airplanes

I have overall had a good experience flying on Airtran. I have never been delayed and their staff is friendly and helpful.

Strengths: On-time flights, excellent customer service.

Needs to improve: Older fleet of planes

Could upgrade their planes, but it was not a horrible experience.

Strengths: Customer service is great.

Needs to improve: Older planes.
