Applied Building Information LLC is an independent specifications consulting firm based near Seattle, Washington, that provides project specification services to architectural firms and product specification services to manufacturers. The firm works closely with clients through all phases of development, to help them find the products best suited to their design and performance requirements.

The link between BIM and specifications – The firm develops office masters in both BSD Speclink e and e-SPECS, and links that content to Revit models.

Transparency of material information – The firm develops specifications that support the Living Building Challenge and client redlists, including requirements for Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs).
