Arcor Laser Services, LLC

We were having quality issues in one of our product lines where the welds would keep failing and we were in need of a new solution fast. When searching for this new solution I ran across Arcor Laser Services and their laser welding services. I had no idea that laser welding was even a thing. We ended up contracting them for sample and it was exactly what we needed. The service was great, price was fair and turn times were faster than expected. Would highly recommend them as a top company for their laser welding services.

If you need some laser welding done, Arcor Laser Services is the place to go. In our experience, their services were super precise and reliable and they were able to turnaround our project really quickly. Some of our smaller products have a narrow weld profile but Arcor was able to handle this easily. Our products came out great and our clients have loved them. Acror's price was competitive and completely worth it for the quality of work. We definitely foresee using this vendor again in the future. Solid team here.

They are good vendor to use for production laser welding. Not so good for custom and managing different weld parameters for same parts.

Strengths: In-house expertise, meet the lead time, 30 years of experience in welding.

Needs to improve: Not good at following instructions on custom jobs. They need to have a solid routing procedure in place to avoid making mistakes

We had gone through several different laser welding machines, and by far Arcor laser has fit our company quite perfectly. We have never had any major issues that set us back in business. They care about their products, and their customer service shows.

Strengths: Great laser machines and parts, the quality is very nice and long lasting. Durable!

Very pleased, great quality work, great turn around time.

Strengths: I have only placed 1 order so far. I needed 200 pcs. of metal under dash cover to be custom drilled for upgraded security systems on a specific vehicle. Wow was I pleased. These holes they laser drilled for me look like they were aleady there from the original manufacturing.
