a pt at our pharmacy had issues with their symbicort device not working well and although we do not receive our supplies directly from AZ the normal protocol is to contact the mfg when it is a device issue. Their customer service rep. contact our pt to ask how the device was malfunctioning and within a few days, a new inhaler was shipped to our pharmacy as a replacement for our pt. their customer service and care is excellent and helped us to resolve the issue promptly leaving us and the pt satisfied.
