Astro Pak Corporation

Our firm sources Astro Pak Corporation to meet many of our shipping needs for our products. Not unlike FedEx and UPS, we are able to track our shipments throughout the delivery but Atro Pak is at a much lower price point for us. Our firm also appreciates the attention that we receive from this vendor. They have a great team at Astro Pak and we will continue to use them as a trusted vendor.

This company does a great job in meeting customer requirements, whether it is cleaning, packaging, testing, or passivation specification that you require. The best part is that they have the facilities and equipment to process something as small as a grain of rice to something as large as a refrigerator.

Needs to improve: Oftentimes unable to expedite, primarily due to how busy they are

My company uses Astro Pak for our shipping needs. We had an option to use competitors such as UPS and FEDEX, but being a small company we needed to save money and decided to give Astro Pak a chance and we have not been dissapointed. They track shipments like the big guys so you are always aware where your product is located. I would highly recommend them.

They address any issues immediately and offer reliable quotes and dependable lead times. Quality vendor and will use again.
