Bimba Manufacturing Co

I have used Bimba Manufacturing Co. for a source for pneumatic actuators. They have an extensive product line consisting of: Actuators - Pneumatic, Electric, Hydraulic; fittings, manifolds, tubing, etc... It is a great place to find parts for the creation of fixtures for tooling requirements for R&D engineering, testing and manufacturing. Their website / internal sales can get the correct product specifications, quotes, delivery estimates and sometime, which can be beneficial for design issues. A great company to go to for great equipment, supplies and pricing - keep up the good work!

I've used Bimba pneumatic cylinders in many fixtures that we have built. We always know they will be reliable even after extended use during manufacturing. We tried some other options out there but always come back to Bimba. I have to admit, i'm not the person that that sourced them. Our tech and machinist always source the components they use in the fixtures.

What makes one air cylinder better than the other? I don't know. I do know I've always be happy with the performance of the ones we used from Bimba

We order pneumatic and hydraulics from Bimba Manufacturing. The parts are made to last and are built to high standards. So far we had no problem with Bimba the parts are still going strong. The price is high but the quality makes it worth it. The sales staff is willing to help and given their wide selection of pneumatic and hydraulic we routinely seek out there expert opinion. Service is dependable and pretty quick.

In order for our medical machines to function properly, we need a pump actuators and these are the brand that we use for our machines. We use it for any sub-assembly parts that we install in our machines. We also use it for hydraulics and motors. the functionality is very accurate and does not fail. Pretty expensive product though, but I still recommend this to anyone.

We use alot of their pneumatic actuators at work to build our medical devices. They go into our pump assemblies and goes through a testing process to check for leaks in the valves. They work really well. So far haven't had any defective parts. The quality is great and the prices are fair. Customer service are very helpful with shipping our parts on time

They were extremely professional and have set a high standard for themselves that shows in their products. The expert staff are very knowledgeable and can help through any issues that may arise. We highly recommend working with Bimba.

I use the Bimba Air cylinder on some of my fixtures design for holding for pressing components on the assembly process. Quality pneumatic Air Cylinder with low maintenance. Also great support on Bimba website I can down load the solid model of the air cylinder as selected. This save me a lots of time to create the solid model for my assembly drawing.

We contract out w/ Bimba for pumps, or technically actuators. They have a variety of actuators and we have used them all. We like the electric ones for our products because its silent. It does require some maintenance, but all moving parts typically need that. The actuators are awesome, you can tell its well made and put together with care. Highly recommended.

We ordered from Bimba Manufacturing for all our hydraulics and pneumatic supply. They usually have the item in stock but if not, they get the parts right away. Always on time to deliver the orders. Customer service offers good support and always points me in the right direction.

I used Bimba pneumatic actuators on a number of projects for assembly and processing equipment. Bimba offers a large selection actuators allowing for optimization of travel and force. I never had a problem with their actuators failing or leaking.
