Biotone

I was introduced to Biotone massage products when I was in massage school. I initially was not impressed with their massage gel products. They seemed to leave an oily film that lingered on the massage sheets and was hard to wash off my hands. I've noticed that they advertise everywhere and most spas use their products, but I find them to be too commercial and not at all focused on natural or organic products. Maybe the natural/organic thing is my own personal preference, but its seems to be a trend that not going away soon in the massage field. Biotone needs to set up their game.

Strengths: Variety of products.

Needs to improve: Too commercial!

Been using Biotone products for the past 18 years. I prefer the Massage Body Butter over the gels, as do my clients. I especially adore their blends of essential oils. I appreciate their early morning Will Call pick up and delivery services. Customer Service has always been top notch.
