We have used Blisterpak over the past 12years for Thermoformed trays for our medical devices. Our experience on the thermoformed trays is that the tooling will need to be tweaked to ensure it captures our device correctly - ensuring the device arrives at the hospital with any damage. Once the tooling has been finalized the parts arrive perfect every shipment - no issues. The Heat Sealing Equipment is very reliable and we have been using it at our Costa Rica facility for years without any issues due to equipment failure - equipment is indestructible. Will continue to use their equipment and process for thermoformed trays in the future.

Needs to improve: In the past they don't hit the delivery schedules for tooling- need to add in a buffer for process and machine issues that arise.

We needed material trays for certain materials in our facility and we were recommend to come here so we did and we are very happy that we did .the trays were heat everything was packaged so nice and efficiently it was great to see our products in the trays .we will be back in the future most definitely without a doubt .we are happy to do business with them .great service as well.

We moved on from another vendor to Blisterpak because we wanted a more innovative product. Not just a stock clamshell frustration package, but something that makes our consumer product stand out and be noticed. A package that highlights our product and adds to it, not takes away from it. Their packaging design and engineering magicians did it! We are happy with the results. Looks very good.

We used Blisterpak for some of our products to be sold in retail stores. We gave them the specs and scope of the project. It was done on time and shipped as promised. We continue to use Blisterpak as one of our re-packagers.

Strengths: Quality packing for retail stores and reasonable turnaround times for projects.

Needs to improve: Pricing can be more competitive.

We've used Blisterpak for consumer packaging of electronics products, they have been great for working with us to create custom packaging and thermoforming plastic wrap packaging. Definitely makes the products look high quality and worthy of being sold directly to customers. Not many complaints so far.

We get our cables from Blisterpak and they work excellent
