Great customer service. Their Customer service representatives are also shooters. You don't get a bunch of B/S when speaking with a service rep. They will work hard to make sure you are purchasing the right parts, equipment or supplies.

Strengths: Brownells Inc. supplies component and repair parts for our departments Armory. They have such a huge selection of component parts available and their catalog is more then a list of items, it is truly a reference manual. They have virtually everything you need from Smith and Wesson, Colt, Beretta, Sig Sauer and every other gun manufacture. They have custom components you can use to hot rod and accurize virtually any weapon platform. They have aftermarket sighting systems as well and gun smith tools. Great store and so much more comprehensive then the competition.

Needs to improve: Mail order/web order only. No local presence. Shipping lead times need to be considered.
