Our company had to treat some metal surfaces on a prototype we were creating and sourced Burlington Engineering to help is with this process. The results were A+! The treated metals had a completely different look and feel which added to our functionality and design of the product and we couldn't be more pleased. These guys kept us in the loop in terms of status and addressed any issues we had along the way. We have worked with burlington for surface treating of our stents and they have provided an exceptional quality surface coating that allows our stents to perform the way we'd like, specifically allowing us to maintain a low delivery force within a guide catheter. The coatings have met our biocompatibility standards as well. Their customer service staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor.

Our company was recommended to use Burlington Engineering to have some of our equipment stripped for repainting. Our equipment was sitting outside for numerous years and needed a freash overhaul. We got in contact with Burlington Engineering through our paint vendor and they were able to address our needs. They not only had the capacity to handle the equipment, but were able to strip the old paint along with the other containments on the surface: rust, oil, etc... A great cost and time savings as we did not have to fabricate new parts, just get repainted.

My firm utilizes Burlington Engineering for micro machining on our medical device prototypes. The engineering team is very knowledgeable and able to tailor solutions to our specific needs. The end product they delivered was of good quality and showed high attention to detail. Our only major issue has been that lead times can drag due to the high complexity of the work and the smaller team that they have on hand. Pricing can improve as well. Overall we were decently satisfied.

Our business has had plenty of custom prototype work done over the years from Burlington Engineering. They always have done amazing work for us. We have also had strong success using there micro machining process. They have been a very reliable company for us to work with! They have always had a great turnaround time. We strongly recommend them. They have a strong staff and they offer great pricing.

We have been using burlington at our shop for ordering custom welding and parts for our machine. We couldn't have done it with out burlington service rep and line, they truly care about our business and their words. They never disappoint us. Will recommend to any business that isin the market!

We originally went to Burlington to refurb some fixtures in our building. They were able to clean up and make our older fixtures like new again. We then saw that they had melonite capabilities and used them to toughen up some of our products. Their customer service was great and sales staff very approachable, they never laughed in our faces with our stupid questions.

We met with the engineering team there and quickly realized they knew what they were talking about. We were very pleased with the whole process. We have hired Burlington Engineering for both metal coatings and surface treatment for a few large prototypes we have developed. Very durable and high quality coatings. Very sleek and you can tell will withstand a lot of wear and tear. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped direct us to the right coating we needed. Highly recommended.

They provide many services and capabilities in surface treatment of your metal components. If you need increased corrosion resistance, greater durability, etc. They have many processes that can provide those needs. My personal experience has been excellent with great quality workmanship and customer support from their team.
