our medical providers and employees use a program provided by the DOJ to monitor control substance use by patients which is a great program however, this review is mainly about the DOJ's lack of staff and ability to back to us regarding questions, inquires, access to their site. they provide a number for medical personnel to call but 90% of the time you are reach a recording that does not allow voicemails but to call back. even when emailed, they rarely return so their turnaround time and responsive is very very poor. your employees are better off going to their office in Sacramento if they need a response soon rather than waiting for them

Strengths: great program to monitor control substance abuse available to medical health providers

Needs to improve: very difficult to get a hold of, very slow turnaround time, needs a lot more staffing help
