they are very friendly guys, techs and supervisors. willing to do the little things to make the job better. i've had them send a worker out 4 times for one tub because i wasn't satisfied. their was no charge they where willing to do it. that is great customer service!! great communication with the tech and supervisors if i have any questions.

Strengths: they are very organized group with reasonable rates. they are licensed and insured. set up a filtration system to get rid of most of the strong odor. they will tape and cover everything in the apartment so their will be no over spray. they have many field techs and field supervisors. the supervisor will come out the next day to check on the work the tech did and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty to fix any imperfections in the epoxy finish. i now request on tech that i like and he comes every time now. call and set up an appointment and they will be there in at least 2 days. 5 year warranty on there work!!!!

Needs to improve: generally the supervisor will have to do some touch-ups the next day. after they are done you will have to reinstall the shower glass doors. will leave painters tape and paper up and you will have to take down. the odor from the chemicals/epoxy is very strong even with the filtration system they set up. some of the workers don't speak fluent english, but i request a certain worker because i feel he does the best worker and his english is good. so problem solved.
