Strengths: Dana Spicer makes super high quality universal joints, drive shaft components and differentials which we use in equipment manufacturing for forestry applications. They are an American Company with national and local presence. Their products are widely available so replacement parts as well as original manufacture supplies are great. They are well engineered and have provisions for field maintenance designed into their products. We use their 1320 universal joint in many different applications and it is really and industry standard.

Needs to improve: There are custom u-joint manufacturers who's products may be a bit stronger then Dana Spicer joints, but they are much higher prices.
