I've ordered many items from Fairchild Fasteners, mainly washers, flat, lock washer, split, standoffs, spacers, etc.. They offer all types of materials; steel, stainless, brass, nylon, etc... They also are able to do custom parts, but you will need to have a larger quantity to make the manufacturing run. Fairchild Fasteners has a great engineering & sales team to answer all question pertaining to; quotes, tooling, run-times, quality, delivery, samples, prototype runs, etc.. And top that off they are by far one of the most reasonable when it comes to price - very competitive.

Supplier of screws and spacers for a medical device unit we manufacture that requires fasteners and spacers to close and seal the unit properly for no leakage or moisture leaks. These lock screws are to close the unit in the factory and not to be reopened. These are disposable and no access is important. These fasteners assure this.
