we have one of Fastenal's vending machines in the department to store our tools and it is very dependable. their field reps come by once a week to maintain and fill the machine with material and tools that we use on the floor. the machine is easy to access and order tools from.

Most of our supplies are coming from Fastenal. We have these at my company as a vending machine that contains our supplies such as, gloves, napkins, protective glasses, screwdriver bits, esd lotions and many more. Easy to operate and it helps us to make our job easier. We use this in a daily basis.

When I need a material cert for particular off-the-shelf screws we were using, it was very easy to find out how on the Fastenal website vs all other competitor websites I searched.

Strengths: They have a very easy to search catalog and they respond to you on the phone when help is necessary.

Needs to improve: They don't stock a full range of metric sizes for certain kinds of sizes and materials.

My company has been going through Fastenal for years now! They have always provided great quality fasteners, and spacers for our assembly line. They offer great pricing! Quality distributor of fasteners, rods and other components that any machine/assembly would need. Good customer service but lead times are unreliable. Sometimes they ship quickly, other times not. Wide selection is great and the sales team is very helpful. Will continue to source from but hope they can streamline things, otherwise they'd be great.

We currently do a lot of business with Fastenal. We carry a couple of their vending machines in our facility that are fully stocked with hand tools and basic hardware. We also order a lot of specialty tools from them when ever we are in need. All around great products and prices.

They have stocked products because they managed there inventory well. There flexibility for shipping is the reason why we get our orders on time.

Our Fastenal vending machine comes with screwdriver bits, ESD gloves, paper towels, medical gloves, various custom tools, and pretty much whatever we want to put in it. The refills are weekly, and the machine is never empty. I'd never seen one before my current job, but their convenience is undeniable
