Overall I've had a good experience. They have a great selection, oftentimes where other sites falter. They offer CoCs when asked, and can expedite an order.
Strengths: Great selection, fast service, knowledgeable staff.
Needs to improve: Website could be improved. Going through local offices can sometimes be inconvenient.
We use Fastenal containers in our Facility that holds all the gloves safety glasses and paper towels
Strengths: Fastenal is a company that has a lot of what you need. They carry a wide range of supplies. So they always know what you're looking for.
Needs to improve: nothing
Fastenal's large selection of fasteners make them one of my go to locations for hard to find screws and bolts. They also have a large number of convenient locations when you have urgent needs.

My work has several vending machines around the manufacturing floor where you can easily access fastenal supplies.Makes your job easier when you know you can get the necessary supplies or equipments to complete your assembly process on medical devices.

Fastenal staff is well maintain in our small mechanical supplies. They are organized on every items and part number. We use their product for our kitting assembly to build the probecard
Strengths: Wide selection, customer support and good quality.

We use Fastenal for all of our fasteners--washers, nuts, bolts, etc. Their selection is very broad and includes some more specialized parts, but can be a little bit pricey at times.

Makes my job a lot easier and very good costumer service!
Strengths: I really like fastenal they come and stock every time we need them, makes life a lot easier. I recommend them highly!

They carry hardware components like fasteners (obviously), washers, nuts, and bolts along with tools, including trucks. Yes, Fastenal will sell you one truck or a fleet of trucks.

Definitely awesome job on ordering supplies. Fast!! (Is that why they're called FASTenal?
Strengths: The only O-rings that works for our hydraulic system.
Needs to improve: Wish they were 24/7 in our area.
