Customer service is generally pretty good. They are willing to go e-mail back and forth with you until most of your issues are cleared up.
Strengths: Very user friendly website. You load your STL file, choose the material etc. and get a quote right away.
Their customer service is pretty good generally.
Needs to improve: They should be a little more clear on the finishes for the parts - it is hard to know how to each finish will look like and the default set finish is not always the best. Hand to ask about the finish several times.
My company contracts Fineline for their 3d printing capabilities. When prototyping our consumer products it's helpful to make quick modifications to the product and get an actual sample in a short amount of time. Fineline has been able to step up and meet our high expectations. Their customer service department has been equally performing at a high level as I have not hear any complaints from any of the employees. I would highly recommend giving Fineline a try for your prototyping needs.

Our firm sourced Fineline Prototyping to allow our firm to rapidly iterate the design of multiple medical devices in our pipeline. Their 3d printing process was user friendly and we were able to prove the feasibility of our concepts. Their customer service has been very helpful and they are upfront regarding their competitive prices. We will continue to use Fineline as a trusted partner!

Fineline has allowed me to rapidly iterate the design of micro injection molded parts and prove feasibility of concepts. Their customer service has been exceptional and they are very upfront regarding the limitations of their capabilities which have not been a limitation.
Strengths: Fineline's consistently deliveries rapid turnaround of micro SLA comments allowing for the prototyping of micro injection molded components. Their website further expedites the process by providing instant quotes.

All my experiences have been good. Their website gives you instant quotes, and they ship product quickly. So far all materials they've shipped have been of great quality.

Needs to improve: The names of the materials they have don't easily relate to common materials.
