We purchased several pieces of lab furniture, work-stations, shelves, tools, etc. All items were very high quality and very competitively priced. Shipping was very fast and at reasonable cost. Customer service was exceptional for returning a item that was not needed or didn't meet our needs.

Strengths: Wide array of products. High-quality. Rapid turn-around. Very competitive prices.

Needs to improve: Product descriptions are sometimes too meager to really know if a new item that you do not have experience with will work. That requires a phone call although their representatives are very knowledgable and helpful.

all of our bins and totes in our pharmacy is from Global. they are all stackable, sturdy and come in a variety of colors which is helpful for us given that we have coloring coding at our pharmacy for specific medications. they have a huge variety of sizes and types of bins/totes not just for pharmaceutical use. we ordered our supply of totes when my pharmacy first opened 10years ago and have rarely had to re-order so the supplies are very durable.
