The two owners of this business are so nice to deal with. They really know their stuff and work really hard at making sure you get the right parts. They are geared more into larger volume orders and small, will call orders can be done at other vendors. What really sets Global Metrics apart from every other vendor is the customer service and ability to get you the order done right.

Strengths: Great supply. Wide variety of Metric fasteners. Wide range of bolt strengths. Small to large volume. Nice people to work with/Great customer service. In house expertise. It is amazing that you can show them a nut or bolt and they know exactly where the part is and what size it is. That shows expertise to me.

Needs to improve: Local only.

Global Metrics is one of my favorite fasteners houses. They have a great inventory of Metric Fasteners. It's rare they have not had what I needed. They have always been friendly and helpful. I've often dropped by to see if they had what I need, and they have always been welcoming though they don't have an "official" store front. It's nice that they no minimum, especially when you need that one off bolt.

Great ladies who run a great store. B to B expertise

Strengths: Global Metrics is a metric only fastener supply company. They have a huge supply of virtually every threaded metric fastener I need for our business. Their customer service is great and very personal. I wish I knew the two women who run the store's first names, but sorry I don't, but they are unbelievably nice and knowledgeable. Their ability to onview a bolt and know exactly what I need is fantastic. Sorry, they are local only.

We have used them with all the companies I have worked for. They have great customer service. You can find any fastener you are looking for, and the company is more than happy to send you samples. They take pride in helping companies big and small.

We use there fasteners and spacers for our assembly line products. They work well and cone in a large variety of choices and sizes. They always have what we need.gets the job done faster and quality is up to pare.

Good supplier for fasteners. We use these metric fasteners in our manufacturing processes for our medical device unit. The fasteners are durable, reliable and never have any issues with them. The quality is always very good.

Amazing little shop with all the metric fasteners you will ever need inside. I could not believe the vastness of their inventory and how soon they could get more.

We use this vendor for the metrics fasteners and spacers for our electrical box we manufacture.. the lock fasteners permanently closes the unit.. good reliable quality..
