Strengths: Local business. Great location. Peaceful neighborhood. Prices are ok. Customer service is great. Guys in the yard are great guys. Large selection of wood for building construction. Will delivery large loads of lumber

Needs to improve: Prices could be better. You have to go through the lumber make sure its not bowed. Selection of i-beams are small.
