We needed a monitor arm to put onto our medical device. It needed to move in several direction and be sturdy. In addition we had to make put a hard stop on the arm so the cables wouldn't wrap around the arm. Innovative was able to design a stop to go into the arm.

The way they had to do the PO was a little "clunky" but that is ok.

Good customer service.

Strengths: Sturdy monitor mounts. Flexible mounts. They can do some customization. Lots of different arms. Very good customer service.

Needs to improve: Expensive.
