I can attest that JetBlue has provided exemplary customer service over 15 years of travel. The attitudes of their staff has to be the single largest distinguishing factor that separates JetBlue from all other lines.

Strengths: Customer service, "Even More Leg-room" and preboarding, clean aircraft

Needs to improve: Pricier that other discount airlines, tickets unavailable on some price aggregation sites
