I use JSI services for our international shipments and urgent local shipments. They are great on turning around when it comes to your shipments need. they were able to find a way to get it done. Customer services are great in helping me on our urgent shipments including after hours,weekends and sometimes holiday. I will continue to use their outstanding service.
Strengths: Customer Service - Reliable and Dependable - Accurate Quotes - Fast services.
Needs to improve: In my experience, absolutely None!

I oftenly use JSI for any shipments & most of all if I have urgent that no one able to get it done. Their staff are really helpful in keeping you updated in providing quotes, ETA. I can always rely on their international and domestic services.
Strengths: Accurate quotes, great customer service, very reliable & quality assurance.
Needs to improve: None.

I usually use JSI for our Japan shipments but if I have urgent shipments going to International and domestics JSI is always there to help you find a way to get it done. They are reliable with great and friendly customer serivice. I highly recommend JSI.

our company highly trusts JSI. you can rely on them specially with urgent orders. they ship on time and very reliable. thay also have good customer support. very friendly and helpful.

I use JSI service when shipping urgent probecard wafers to the customers either domestic or international

JSI Logistics customer services are very professional, they are committed to help you, especially during weekends and after business hours which I am very please. I have experienced one Holiday weekends and I couldn't get a hold of any freight forwarder to ship our very urgent shipment going international. I am glad JSI is able to get it done. I truly will continue to use their services and will absolutely recommend them.
