At times needed to add specific personnel to meet our manufacturing and warehouse requirements. Because of their screening process the personnel can hit the ground running - not a lot of delays with regards to supporting our manufacturing and warehouse needs - supplying staffers to meet production requirements: assembly, checking, sorting, etc.... Their customer service is always there to help and listen to our specific requirements. Look forward to using them in the future.

Needs to improve: Each location has a different clientele that they focus on.

We contracted Kelly Scientific as we had some staffing vacancies we needed filled as we scaled the business. We were impressed by the candidates from Kelly as they assimilated quickly. The more time it takes to train, the less efficient. We appreciated their level of customer service along with the quick turnaround. They did a thorough evaluation before sending anyone over. Solid firm run by a good team.

They are a global staffing agency. Good option for filling temp roles. I would recommend using them in addition to other agencies.

Strengths: They have a lot of candidates to choose from and they are a global company.

Needs to improve: There is a lack of depth in any one expertise area. They have a lot of quantity but not always what you're looking for.

They were not helpful as much in preparing resume and logging into their system.

Strengths: Have job postings from different companies.

Needs to improve: Not enough market penetration.
