Generally great for small companies. They help set everything up and are quick to answer your questions. The turnaround time for work and price were both fair and reasonable.

Strengths: They are very good with small companies and startups. They help you set up everything you need from contracts, privacy terms, website usage, etc. It was just the right amount of legal help we were looking for when we were a small size and rates were reasonable.

Needs to improve: They are quick and nimble with startups. I would say they help with breadth rather than depth. When we were looking for real estate expertise, we needed to consult other lawyers.

We contracted Kim Law to guide us as we launched a new business division and explored new markets. We were working on a rather complicated new product channel. Their team knew our industry well and offered insightful advice that yielded reduced risk and cost savings. Customer service was great as we were informed throughout the entire timeline and had any of our questions quickly answered. Requests were completed quickly and analysis was thorough and professional. Will work with again.

when we first opened our clinic (although we are not a startup) we contracted our legal services to Kim law advisors. they are a local law firm that specializes in either startups or small businesses. they made the transition for us very smooth, it was not convoluted nor time consuming. their team of attorneys are very knowledgeable, keen, sharp and get the work done fast. we have recommended them to a few of our other colleagues.

Ted and team are great firm. Ted has a lot of experience with venture financing of startup companies, somewhere like 300+ companies. His advise has been extremely help to my companies. Responsive, Knowledgeable and Experienced with better rates than some of the big firms.
