Kinko's has become our go to large printing supply store for our business needs. When I needed a corporate training manual printed, bound and packaged in less then 24 hours, I was able to electronically transfer the document to our local business and they printed it over night. Ready for training the next morning. Fortunately, I already had a good business relationship with the manager and also the owner, and I gave them good lead time. They even accommodated some last minute revisions and the document looked great.

Strengths: Onsite document processing and printing. Training manuals and binding give a professional appearance without breaking the bank. Quick turn-around and promised timelines are met. Both black and white and color document processing. Paper and card-stock printing. Professional results. Electronic document transfers mean you do not have to go to the store. 24 hour operations at many locations mean you can get a last minute job done.

Needs to improve: Limited store locations. Franchise model means customer service varies by store. Usually great at our local store.
