Really terrible and arrogant customer service. We were overcharged significantly for import tax handling by them too when importing goods. Plus, they were slow.

I use Kuehne & Nagel for our International shipments. they are great on providing details you need for international documents, customer service are very helpful and always keep you updated for the status of your shipments from pick up through out the delivers. I will continue to support this Freight Forwarder.
