BAD BAD BAD.

Strengths: Labor Ready supposedly supplies a pre-screened labor force for general labor jobs. We used a few of the workers on an office demolition recently and they did supply us with workers. Sorry, but that is about the only positive I can write.

Needs to improve: These workers were all ex cons and criminals. When we went to the site to pick them up. There was an active fight going on between some other workers at the place. The guys were lazy, unmotivated and did poor quality work. This is for a demolition job. Basically we hired them to "break" stuff and they screwed that up. This is with good supervision. And to top it off, when the day was over, we discovered one of the workers stole a cell phone from the jobsite! Avoid this company at all cost.

We used Labor Ready to hire some skilled workers for a commercial construction project we had in San Jose. The skilled workers that we requested ended up showing up and not having the skills they stated they had. We were very disappointed with they screening process, we will not be using them again

Needs to improve: The workers they supplied did not have the skills stated

Avoid at all cost. Day laborers at Home Depot can be more reliable

Strengths: Many locations, pre-screened laborers

Needs to improve: Too may convicted criminals, parolees and probationers looking for work. Afraid the workers will burglarize the residences you are working at. Plus their attitudes suck and they are not reliable. Not a good company to use

Labor Ready sent us inexperienced workers, unprofessional, no motivation, they did terrible work and the project wasn't completed. Unsatisfied with this company, I do not recommend Labor Ready!

Strengths: The only strength was that the workers showed up on time..

Needs to improve: Unskilled workers..

Not a good experience they had no experience and just didn't want to do the job, really just wanted to get paid for doing nothing.

Strengths: There are only a few, some men really would like to work!

Needs to improve: They just let anyone say whatever they want as far as job skills!
