Our company needed legal help on some financing contracts / deals. The finalized contracts were on terms that were agreeable with us and the banks. Without Latham and Watkins we are not sure if we would have gotten the deal on as it was and within the time it needed to be done.
Strengths: Their legal finance team were experts in contract language. Quick turnaround.
Needs to improve: The fee's were high but we needed this deal done quickly.
