The team at Master System delivered on every promise and, provided a level of support that far exceeded our expectations. The OMS software was designed out of the box to meet our goals of quality customer service, improved inventory control and accounting and with EDI integration. We've experience a new level of growth since choosing OMS. I would reccommed OMS with hesitation.
Strengths: Inventory control, integrated accounting, warehouse management with wireless scanning using Android and iPad devices. Integration to our trading partners with EDI, and our new web site performing real time. The customer support analysts were familiar with our business from day one and that made the implementation a non event. The training was superb and the management team at Master System stands behind the product and service extremely well.
Needs to improve: There are none so far.
