Working with John and MPI has been a delight so far. They are very responsive, communicative, and quick to fabricate and deliver. I have no complaints on the quality of the fish tanks MPI made for us -- everything has been up to standard.

Strengths: Communication, quick turnaround, customer service.

Needs to improve: Distance from Boston.
