our company had a good experience we were in need of spacers and fasteners for our machines and this where we came for those items ,it was an easy process and we received everything on time and everything was accurate .in the future we will be coming back ,they had a very polite staff that took care of us and our needs .

I've used this vendor primarily for automation components and accessories. Their web interface is great, as is their catalog, which makes ordering and speccing out parts a breeze. They also have CAD models for seemingly everything, which is very helpful. Their customer service is also great. The only caveat is that their components tend to be pricey, but given the amount of customization (including modifications that they will do for you) it seems reasonable.

Have had nothing but smoothness configuring and ordering parts. Catalog surprisingly free of errors, especially how big it is. Downloaded CAD models have been high quality.

Using Misumi can save you from designing and machining lots and lots of simple, functional parts. Pricing and lead time for custom options are unbeatable

Needs to improve: Some machined parts have very sharp, very square edges and corners. Would like a little debur or tumbler action.

We're a small assembly and source our components from Misumi. Convenience is paramount for us as the less time we spend producing, the less income generated. Misumi's web catalog and ordering system saves us time and ensures the accuracy of our order. Customer is great and always courteous with follow up. While pricing may not be the cheapest, you definitely get what you pay for. Will continue to support.

We are a medical device manufacturer specializing in dialysis equipment. We currently order their shock absorbing bumpers for our machines to eliminate noise caused by vibration. It is important that our machines are as quite as can be considering the patient administers treatment while they sleep for up to 8 hrs. Great product that really serves it's purpose.
