Horrible, horrible customer service. They do not answer their phone, return calls or emails. I called 3-4 numbers dozens of times. Got voicemail box every time. Never received an acknowledgement of order or delivery date. Wanted to cancel order but found no way to do it. I refused to pay for my order and disputed charges with my bank. What the hell is wrong with this company?

Their bearings are of good quality, used for a capital equipment I have worked on. They have a wide selection of bearings at wholesale prices and are a reliable supplier. I did not see any issues with the consistent supply of the component over the year supporting capital products. I recommend their bearing products.
