My general experience has been postitive. These guys are easy to work with and can get the job done. Overall quality of their products are excellent and once the kinks are worked out their quality is top notch.

Strengths: NDC is one of a few companies that can manufacture NiTi laser cut tubing and or wires/cables. They are considered experts in this field.

Needs to improve: Communication can be an issue. Mistakes aren't always communicated effectively.

Nitinol provides exceptional services and have many different medical supplies that are highly needed In the medical field in order to assist in restoring health. We rely on their products and happy that we can work with people that are so passionate about their contribution to healthcare.

Worked with them to source a critical nitinol component. Included laser cutting, shaping, and surface prep. We went thru various iteration, and they were extremely helpful on all aspects including design and also establishing critical specs and inspection points.

Strengths: Every thing nitinol, including drawing, shaping, surface treatment and heat treating.

Strengths: They have provided us with an excellent service and products that has helped us improve our efficiency in our assembly line. Their service and products have also improved the performance of our medical devices and we have been able to achieve all of our performance goals. They also have amazing customer service!

One of the few company capable of providing tubing to making finish parts. Also they can provide testing and generate data. One stop shop for completing your nitinol project. Ofcourse it comes with high price.

Strengths: Expert in Nitinol. Quality tubing vendor to making finishing parts. Excellent and knowledgeable engineer group.

Overall a good nitinol vendor to work and consult with. They have a variety of sizes, although some sizes may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.

They have an extremely knowledgeable staff when it comes to all things nitinol. We have used their nitinol tubing in the past and the quality can be mixed as sometimes there great, while other times not so good.

We used NDC for several projects that involved shape setting niti wire. They have great in house expertise and helped use setup our in house process. They are a great resource for Niti process development.

Custom orders can be very expensive and come with a long lead time. But, in the end you will get the parts you want. Can accommodate small quantities.
