Olander has been a supplier of hardware for our company for years. They have a very large selection of parts to choose from and yet it is very easy to find the exact thing we are looking for. If not, their customer service has been very helpful in finding us the product specifically. Their customer staff is easy to get a hold of and get work very quickly and get the job done in a timely manner. Their customer staff is very knowledgaeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vend

Our business purchases a variety of titanium fasteners and rip ties from Olander for various usage in our assembly process. Olander actually has a much bigger variety of products but as these are the only two we have really purchased, that is what I can speak to. The quality of the products is really top notch as we essentially forget about them as soon as we use them. We know they are long lasting and reliable. Whenever we deal with people at Olander they have been friendly and professional and they have ensured that we get what we need. Great products and great team!

Our business have contracted with Olander Co for numerous years now and we haven't had the slightest sliver to change our vendor. they have great prices and great quality to match up with it. Our employees fight over their hardware! We ordered a huge amount of rip-ties and we love them. They help us a lot on our assembly line. We would recommend them to any business in the market.

Our research group found themselves in need of a lightweight but strong fastener for one of their new prototypes. In our search we ran accross Olander Co Inc. They have a pretty wide selection of products and in this selection we were able to find a variety of titanium fasteners and other components which were exactly what we needed. Ordering from them is pretty straight forward and they are pretty quick on the turn around. Overall we have been very happy sourcing this components from them.

Their internal sales are very knowledgeable with all the products they carry, they are able to provide accurate quotes, data sheets, samples, delivery times, will call, etc... They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vendor if the future.

They are the supplier in our company for more than 5 years, from Standard and Metric Fasteners and Electromechanical Components (such as screws, pins, inserts and rivets) as well as Tools, Adhesives and Wire management products. They deliver our order beyond our expectations, their staffs are well knowledgeable about their products. They can explain everything to you about the details of their products even the smallest one.

Great! Olander worked on a VMI process (Vendor Managed Inventory) for my previous employer. They are very helpful and understand business goals.

Strengths: Olander is another one-stop shop for just about everything that a manufacturer needs. They carry mechanical, electrical, commercial and all industrial tools, equipment and parts. Their ordering website is very easy to use. Most of the time, the products are in stock and can delivery next day. Olander's costs are slightly lower than McMasterr Carr.

Needs to improve: So far, I've not had any negative experience with Olander.

Olander is a local BayArea company specializing in hardware supply. We are a medical device manufacturer who really rely on quality hardware to insure we build a quality machine that are patients can receive superior quality treatments. Great supplier with just as good products these nuts and bolts is the glue that brings our machines together. We usually order in bulk which is the best way to insure the best price.

I like Olander because they carry a wide selection of hardware and they are local too. Some of the project that I am working on require an insert or standoff that I just order it from Olander and even stop by to pickup at the same day. Not like other vendor that I have to wait a day for more to get the hardware. Their customer services are nice and helpful.

Customer Service Very Helpful - Fast Turn - Same Day Delivery - Quality is Good

Strengths: We have used Olander as one of our source for their Fasteners, Electromechanical Components, Rivets. As a distributor they offer a full line of hardware. Quotes are accurate and price is competitive. If you are looking for same day delivery, you might what to give these guys a shot. Fast Turn. They also offer bin stock programs JIT (Just in Time). Very Friendly to work with.

Their fasteners are vastly superior to what is also available in the market. The materials they use are definitely advanced as they are lightweight, yet very durable. This has helped reduce weight of our products to be easier to transport and use for the end user. Very pleased and we like working with shops that are always innovating like Olander!

There fasteners are very easy to use. Once you get into a groove with these you'll rattle right through your project. But be sure that whatever it is you're going to use these on, the area around the snaps are reinforced for strength. These snaps are so secure that a strong wind will rip right through the material & leave the snap still fastened tight.

The customer service and sales team is what keeps us coming back as it feels like a more personal experience despite it being about business. Nice to have a good local hardware store.

I had a great experience with Olander. I stopped by looking for a specific size fastener for a test fixture I was looking for, and they had it. Before them, I stopped by two other places with no luck. Olander will be my go-to place for any small fasteners. Their cost was very reasonable as well.

Olander has supplied me with many different fasteners over the years. They have a huge array of stocked items, and they almost always have what i need in stock and ready for will-call in an hour or so. Their ability to provide C of C's has also proved indispensable on more than one occasion.

They have great customer service and always willing to spend the extra time to make sure you get all your questions answered. Their lab equipment is very high quality and reliable and we have never had any issues with them. We highly recommend them as a vendor and we will continue to use them for years.

Olander carries and has supplied me with many different stainless steel fasteners. In itself, this may not be special, but Olander almost always has the components in stock and can provide a material certification which is often worth more than the parts themselves!

When you're looking for a unique size fastener that McMaster doesn't carry, Olander is a good source that may have it.

Olander is a vendor that you would think as a small company, but anything you need to fill up your supply needs or in the machine shop - im sure they have it. Good people working there too.
