Great product and accurate ordering

Strengths: Our department regularly reviews it's ammunition requirements and I was tasked with obtaining new bids for handgun duty ammunition. We looked at Remington and Olin/Winchester. When we conducted a ballistic comparison, Winchester ammunition came out on top. We determined their Ranger STX ammunition had great stopping power, better penetration and superior performance. I entered into a contract with Winchester to provide over 100,000 rounds of ammunition annually. They provide great customer service and a high quality product. When we receive our purchase, ti arrives at our shipping facility, and is then transported to our department. It is a very heavy order.

Needs to improve: During the Military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan a few years ago, there was a limited supply and Winchester was often not able to supply the complete order. This has mostly remedied itself and we can usually receive our order.
