I used Pace to test my water for a house closing. When I called up the recording says you will get the results in7-10 business days. When the tester came to my house, he said they were backed up and it would take 10-1 4business days. On the 14rh business day I had not received the final report and was told I would receive it the next business day. I did not. In fact, it took another 4 business days for a total of 3 weeks and 2 days to receive the report and it may possibly affect the date of the house closing. To boot, I was charged $1100 for the subpar service.

I have previously used this company for medical device testing. The services I requested included stability and microbiology testing services. I felt that Pace did an excellent job with the testing and the reports generated were comprehensive. However, the lead times and price associated were higher than other companies so I have not used them since. However, if you have large budget and timeline this may be a good option because the quality of their work and the knowledge of their support team was extensive in breadth and depth.
