my experience is really with the one individual (lowell). he is a very honest, works fast, and a happy worker from what i can tell. comes in gets to work on maintaining the elevators. writes a invoice up and is on his way. ive had to call the office once or twice and the front desk person was great and very informative.

Strengths: they are license and insured. they have 24 hour service. offer free estimates. the employee that comes to my complex has been with them 15yrs. he is the only person that ever comes here. which is a huge bonus he knows the equipment where everything is located. he is very knowledgeable and has a very professional attitude.

Needs to improve: there have been none. you may say that they are expensive, but you have to understand an elevator holds thousands of peoples lives throughout the day. so you pay for what you get. i've never had an issue/emergency with an elevator here.
