With inhouse architects and engineers, Stack Homes offers flexible module sizes and design assistance, ensuring customized solutions for each client. They provide options for two-car modular garages and can leave exterior cladding off for on-site customization. A team is available for training and assistance in setting buildings. Permitting can take 2-4 months, with state modular programs running 1-2 months for the permitting process. Once permitted, the plan moves into procurement within 30 days, and production can begin, with the capacity to complete two modules per day and around 40 modules per month.
