My company had need to source 3D printers in order for R&D to be able to quickly design new products. In our search one company continued to rise to the top and that was Printrbot. After speaking to their employees we decided to give them a chance and they did not disappoint. Their printers are very high quality and if/when something does go wrong they are quick to find a solution or send a replacement. I would recommend other companies give them an opportunity.

Our firm has ordered one of Printrbot's assembled 3d printers and it has been very useful so far. We are a small firm that needs rapid prototyping for our medical device concepts and Printrbot's product has been very helpful. The machine is very easy to use and pretty intuitive. The customer service department also did a great job answering all our questions. We definitely appreciated Printrbot's quick turnaround and would recommend them to anyone with 3d printing needs.

Printrbot manufactures FDM machines which are competitive with the original Makerbots but at a fraction of the cost. Their products are great for groups wanting quick, affordable parts, without the expense of other printing technologies.
