Item did not work as advertised. I tried multiple times to resolve the issue. They were unable to do so. I returned the product AND had to pay return shipping costs. They did not reimburse me. Upon receipt they had the audacity to deduct the initial shipping from my refund. Save a considerable amount of money and purchase a system that actually works from a company that has real customer service!

I've owned their mounted cell phone holders in 4 different vehicles now, and consider them essential for any car. Pricing is high- around $70-80 + ~$* shipping for a kit- but they regularly distribute 10-15% off and/or free shipping coupons on their mailing list.
Strengths: Simply the best car dashboard mobile phone solution. Their holders are innovative and ergonomic, and make driving while using the phone (gps mode, taking a call) much safer.
Needs to improve: Pricey. Long turnaround for shipping.
