Our company is a B2B internet company with very specific target audience.

We were excited to work with Rhino after talking with Casey extensively and scoping out our project. He had some relevant experience which we thought we would be able to capitalize. Unfortunately, once we started working with Rhino, we began to realize we need much more technical and industry knowledge than what they had. Many of the blogs were generic and the SEO page optimization didn't add valuable content to our users. While this probably would have worked for pure increase in SEO page rankings, we wanted to also have the content increase our users experience as well.

Another kink in the whole project is they really like to use HubSpot. Unfortunately, HubSpot wasn't able to easily integrate with our website and we couldn't implement most of the features which probably also hamstrung Rhino's efforts.

While not what they promote, Brenda, their graphic designer did a wonderful job in helping us redesign our homepage and other pages on the site. I would use her specifically again for more website design.

At the end of the day, with all of the problems with HubSpot integrations and some differences in what we wanted our blogs and SEO content to contain, we stopped using Rhino.

I do think Casey and his team have the ability to really help out the companies that fit into their expertise and would recommend them to some companies I know, but for us, it just didn't work out.

Strengths: Great people to work with. Many long talks with Casey, both about our project and general SEO practices.

Needs to improve: Relies on HubSpot which killed us Didn't have the technical experience in their content writers we needed.
