The construction of the front staircase, only three flights. Has taken a better part of 2yrs!!!??? The landing coatings will be the third attempt to get it right. It's just a never ending process here with this foreman

Strengths: The work will eventually get done??? Licensed and insured company

Needs to improve: Takes really long to get anything done. Unknowledgeable workers. Foreman is as clueless as Alicia Silverstone. Terrible at estimations. Scheduling is a wash.
