Exceptional customer service.

Strengths: Safariland has been the duty gear supplier for our department for many years. We spec out uniform duty belts for Safariland exclusively and use their Bianchi Accumold duty belts and accessories. They have been a great asset to have as our duty belt supplier. This is a relationship covers nearly 15 years. We can obtain the equipment via a local supplier or direct from Safariland. Recently, an Officer came to me with a broken handgun holster. I contacted Safariland customer service and was directed to their website. While on the phone with the customer service rep, we looked at the broken part online and identified which item needed replacing. I received the part via overnight delivery and the holster was back in service the next day. Safariland provided this part to me for free! Their holsters have great features and excellent retention. It is a great company to work with.
