Service could be better. Unfortunately, they are the major vendor for biopharmaceutical tubing and they have the largest selection.

Strengths: -Very wide selection; they have all types of tubing specifically for biopharmaceuticals

Needs to improve: -their website is extremely difficult to navigate; they have a whole section devoted to tubing, but there's no section to compare different types of tubing against each other. There is no quick spec sheet that makes it easy to distinguish between the different brands of tubing -customer service is a little slow -it seems like customer service didn't read my e-mail about my requirements; I asked about tubing for a specific requirement, and they instead told me about the type of tubing that is typically offered for our manufacturing sites

We use this supplier for a plasticizer-free tubing. A new type of tubing for us. Our R&D lab is using it in prototypes and samples. The product could be used for our catheters or other access devices we mfg. Great quality tubing...
