the recent generations of cell phones, samsung has definitely done a great job pushing the industry. recently, i may be shifting away, mainly bc of a feeling i have it may start getting bloated with their own garbage software (which history has shown to be to a horrible experience). their products are all priced extremely well, but i do feel they throw all ideas and waits to see what sticks (does anyone actually own a samsung gear??? or does anyone use their facial recognition screen unlock??) lots of gimmicks, most don't stick, and just ends up slowing down my main features i want to actually use. but the fact there are lots of features, there is bound to be some i do end up using quite a bit.
but for now, solid, and i'll remain judgement on how this inflection point in history will go for samsung.. next 1-2 years will be interesting to see.

We've typically had excellent service from Samsung and their representatives. Their customer service department has been excellent in assisting all of our requests. Quotes arrived in a timely manner and prices were somewhat competitive.

Strengths: Samsung has been a trusted vendor of ours for a few years now. We purchase their monitors and televisions for our entire company. Their products have been great to us as they have proven to be durable and of the best quality for us. Their monitors and TV's display vibrant colors that couldn't compare to any of the other top competitors. Customer service has always been a plus and delivery was fast!

Needs to improve: There are some "features" on Samsung TV's and monitors that seem gimmicky. These gimmicks carry a premium price that the customer is forced to pay even though they are not needed. Gimmicks such as curved displays and 3D monitors are examples.

I have purchased all of my flat screen TV in my home from Samsung. I love the product that I have actually bought one for my classroom. Our family company uses all Samsung televisions in all of our hotels. The quality speaks for itself. We would not buy hundreds of them for our hotels if we did not believe in the product and the customer service relationship that come along with it.

Great all around electronics company that makes products in multiple types of industries. Regardless of what you get from samsung, you know what you are getting will at least be good if not the best.

Strengths: One of the best display manufacturers. They make multiple products in all types of industry.

Needs to improve: Some of their products really are a hit or miss. They have the capability and know-how to make good quality parts as evidenced by some of their metallic laptop lines. However their cell phones are made of cheap plastic.

Samsung recently provided my Research Engineering group with Galaxy Note 3s. The large screen size allows for multitasking (charts, notes, presentations) do be done with ease. The pen provided allows for tasks do be completed faster (more accurate that fingertips).

Strengths: Samsung is great at providing products that work in the corporate world. From phones that multi-task to user intuitive apps, Samsung understands the corporate work mindset.

Needs to improve: With products being put into the market every few months, some products can get diluted and not given a chance to perform before replacement.

My office has been using strictly Samsung monitors for years now. The company having such a strong a good name and their product looks sleek and is very high end. They selling the best product on the market. The customer service is very good! Any time I have a quick question they have always helped me right away! They also give amazing warranties and all their product is very easy to set up. HIGHLY recommend their products to any business!!

in line with the business we have, where high end electronics is needed, I highly recommend Samsung. The computer monitor is conducive to used, we provided samsung smart phones for all of our staff. Mostly the electronic devices that we are currently using in our firm is samsung brand. My boss trusted samsung so much. Good quality and well known product..

We use Samsung TV's in our conference room and training room for making a presentation whenever we are having a meeting or training class in our company. Crystal clear pictures, easy to use and very high definition televisions. The only downside in this product is the price. Expensive televisions but other than that, excellent product.

Samsung is one of the leading vendor of semiconductor products globally that's why our company really trust it! We use their products for almost a year and their customer service is great. The functionality and capabilities of their products are truly remarkable and marvelous. Samsung is the best!

We use several products from samsung including regular TV and computer monitors (the large computer monitors are amazing) as well as memory modules for servers. All in all, they make great products and we've been very satisfied with their performance.

No issues whatsoever with our company's collection of Sansung Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note Tablet, 42" LCD devices. All devices have worked reliably out of the box.

Needs to improve: Price of devices can be higher than comparable hardware

we have Samsung monitors at every work station n my department for documentation purposes and to type in data from every dialysis machines we work on. the picture quality is great and the cost was not an arm and a leg.

Our company phones that are distributed are Samsung. At first I was weary because I have an iPhone but I have been satisfied. They work great and have just as many features. We also have their televisions and are extremely satisfied with the quality.

It seems that Samsung has significantly improved over the last few years. They have a large range of consumer electronics with varying capabilities and pricing. Quality still seems to be an issue from time to time though.

Overall I really like Samsung products. Despite being a large company they are still innovative and a leader in many technologies.

Used a Samsung circuit board and had no issues. My circuit operated correctly and will buy from Samsung again.

Needs to improve: A weakness of Samsung is their phones. They don't last very long and competition is leaving them behind.
