Our niche is luxury boutique resorts. SJV is based in the US with a private factory in Indonesia supplying custom furniture for guest rooms, outdoor, F&B and public areas. Our factory is fully custom as a point of difference with other DLC vendors.  We have been on the Four Seasons preferred vendor list for 25 years and have worked with most major luxury flags over 30 years. 

DLC project work includes:  Baker's Bay, Summit Club Las Vegas, Barbuda Coco Point and Atlantic Fields.

CUSTOM ALTERNATES:  We have proven success in providing custom interpretations of specified branded designs that do not meet budget. This is our secret sauce and a platform that resonates directly with developers and ownership groups. Our custom versions of branded product support design intent and always provide project savings without compromising the signature quality and performance associated with our brand. METAL OUTDOOR:  We recognize that there are occasional projects that for various reasons do not want to use Teak for their outdoor furniture.  We have addressed this through factory alignment with Diphano in Indonesia which allows access to Diphano’s standard lines at significant savings, as well as a fully custom platform for high end aluminum outdoor furniture. Quick ship for low volume is also available.
