Overall, I've had great experience with SANS from purchasing course/training material through the examination and certification process. I plan to continue using them to expand my knowledge and career growth.

Strengths: Really great resource for security training, knowledge, materials, and news.

Needs to improve: Follow-up with students and more cohesiveness between SANS and GIAC specifically regarding exam feedback could be improved. It is nearly impossible difficult to get any sort of feedback as far as figuring out why you missed a particular question and what the correct answer should have been.
