I had two new balances go out of calibration within the first year of their purchase and initial calibration. Sartorius was very helpful in coming out to our site to fix the issue after shipping the units to their facility did not help. It turned out their was a defective part and it was replaced free of charge. We have not had any additional problems with their balances and have purchased additional ones.
